Located in a magnificent setting, surrounded by greenery and history, we are committed to preserving this environment. That’s why we have put in place a sustainable CSR approach aimed at minimising our ecological impact.
We are convinced that protecting nature and respecting future generations requires concrete, long-term action.
CSR approach : Reducing energy consumption
Within the estate, we are implementing environmentally-friendly solutions to reduce our energy consumption.
All our light bulbs have been replaced with energy-saving LED bulbs. We have also installed presence detectors for the lighting, to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
Reducing environmental impact : waste management and recycling
We have set up a selective sorting system with sorting points for packaging, batteries, glass, paper, ink cartridges, light bulbs, etc., as well as composting facilities.

Commitment to biodiversity
Our green spaces are maintained responsibly, without pesticides and with respect for nature (reasoned pruning, thermal weeding).
In addition, cut branches are shredded and used as mulch for trees and shrubs, to nourish the soil naturally.
Responsible consumption of resources : ecological products and water management as part of our CSR approach
We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products, certified by ecolabels.
We also take steps to ensure that water consumption is rational and responsible throughout the estate.
Environmental responsibility: Promoting short supply chains and local partnerships for sustainable consumption
We favour partnerships with local producers and strive to work with as many short circuits as possible.
Our restaurant offers products sourced directly from local producers, supporting our region’s economy while reducing our carbon footprint.

- Unplug your electronic devices (tablets, laptops, etc.) when not in use.
- Turn off the water tap while brushing your teeth.
